From standard 2x2 grid screen enclosures to panoramic clear-view conversions and fully insulated sunroom upgrades — every enclosure is designed for the wind load your specific site carries.

A screen enclosure is a structural system, not a screen porch with extra mesh. The frame carries wind load across the roof panels down through the support posts to the footers, and every one of those connections has to be sized for uplift, not just for holding the screen taut. We design each enclosure for the wind speed and exposure category that apply to your property under the current Florida Building Code, then build the fastening schedule to match.

We install standard 2x2 grid frames, panoramic clear-view conversions with slimmer sightlines for unobstructed pool and water views, and insulated composite roof sections that convert part of the enclosure into usable, weatherproof outdoor living space. Screen mesh options range from standard 18x14 fiberglass to heavier 20x20 solar and pet-resistant weaves, selected for your exposure and maintenance preference.

Roof Options

Screen / Composite Insulated

Full screen roof, or partial-to-full composite insulated roof conversion for usable outdoor room space.

HOA & Deed-Restricted Communities

Many communities in Lakewood Ranch, Palmer Ranch, and similar deed-restricted neighborhoods require design review before permit submittal, including frame color, mesh color, and fastener visibility. We prepare a submittal packet — spec sheet, color selection, and structural summary — for your HOA review alongside your county permit application.
